I always hope this newsletter finds you all doing well and staying faithful to our Lord Jesus!

 

Yes, this has been quite a year for us and probably for you too. Every year seems to bring new challenges to go through. Whether it is financial, political or health there seems to be something going on all the time.

 

Have you noticed how much things cost these days? Have you had to take out a mortgage to buy eggs? Well, while everything just seems to be going up, I now know why Dad said the "good old days" were better, Ha! 

 

Well, it has been 1 year since I was diagnosed with kidney cancer and had my kidney and few other things removed. I have been on immune chemo treatments since then and had a biopsy on my lungs which was near my heart for some growth that was there. But as I continue with the chemo for a little longer, I have had nothing return and I would say I am doing great with that part. I have had some back issues which I have had to go to a chiropractor for recently but over all doing well.

 

Robin is doing as good as she deals with her RA and immune problems. She continues to take her intravenous meds each week while watching football (her favorite sport to watch, go Chiefs!). She continues to swim for exercise and staying healthy as she can. She is nearing that big birthday when she gets all kinds of benefits, but I won't mention the number, Ha!

 

As for the ministry, we continue to teach and counsel the word of grace. Whether in a church body or counseling setting, we are always teaching the gospel of grace according to the revelation of the mystery. The gospel that brings freedom, forgiveness and fellowship with the risen Lord Jesus as well as the security for life! 

 

Please be praying for us as we continue to pray for you all! 

May Christ love be in you always! 

  

Don't be ashamed to speak up and share the gospel. Sometimes it may seem easy to share and at other times awkward but keep being that witness and testimony unto Christ! The gospel lives within you so share it with others!

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord!

I hope you all are growing in His grace and the knowledge of His Holy Word! I pray and hope that His love comforts you always and that you walk by faith day by day!

 

I know some of you have been through a lot this year and just so you know we continue to pray for you! We also know that you continue to pray for us, and we thank you for that! 

 

It has been an interesting year for us! The year started out with finding out I had kidney cancer. I had my kidney removed and recovery took a while, but I am back and doing as well as can be expected. I continue to go to chemo every 6 weeks now and having no side effects, all though I am losing my hair but not due to chemo HA! I have had some things show up in my lungs, which were next to my heart but after a biopsy it shows no cancer there!

 

Robin has been such a help and supporter! While it is not easy for her she has been my nurse through it all and so I appreciate her even more!

 

Robin is doing well but always dealing with her own health problems. RA and the continual lung and immune issues as well meds she must take each day and week are a burden, but she is a real trooper. Just as you deal with I 'm sure, we deal with the constant Insurance and getting meds, which can be frustrating too.

 

The ministry continues to expand in many ways. Church fellowship, bible studies and counseling are going strong as ever and even with my health issues, it continues to grow! Please continue to pray for those that come for counseling as they and I both need that ministry from you. As long as there are people on this earth there will always be hurting people who need the Lord.  

 

Please keep praying for me to be bold and take a stand and encourage all to come to know the great mystery program in Christ. The wisdom and understanding of the revelation of the mystery given to Paul and that all men may come to be mature in Christ Jesus.
