Gal 4:17 They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them. 18 But it is good to be zealously affected always in a good thing, and not only when I am present with you. 19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,...

Now that word zealous sometimes comes across negative. It comes across as someone who goes over board with something. It can refer to someone who hurts and takes action in a negative way.
The Word means to have zeal. Which means to be fiery, passionate  devoted  committed · dedicated · enthusiastic · eager ·   sincere  wholehearted  hearty   vigorous  energetic   purposeful  forceful  intense  fierce  single-minded  go-ahead  pushy.....
Now I know that is a lot of terms to swallow but I like them all and wanted you to digest them. I see to many saints who are so watered down that they never get any where. They are zealous when they go to a football game but when it comes to God they just go to sleep in church!
Many sadly do the same thing with there family life. They don't read the bible and they don't teach, correct or exhort their wife or kids. They wait for them to mess up and then discipline and usually it has nothing to do with exhorting them to repent to God but rather to not mess up again.
Lets look at how Christ acted and was zealous....
Mar 11:15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves; 16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple. 17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
You see Christ was zealous for His Fathers house and He protected it with action and ZEAL!!!
Wives, children and church all need to be helped and corrected as well as edified on a daily basis. Being zealous for God is always a "GOOD THING" Paul says. Be zealous for God until Christ is formed in you as well as your family! That should be your number one thing in life for yourself as well as for others. Being the Leader shows zeal...a follower shows complacency!

We all have fears and problems! We fear failure, punishment or rejection! We even know that it is coming and should expect it, and prepare for it yet we still find no comfort in knowing that!
If we take the story of David against Goliath the giant Philistine, we can get a idea of how to handle this GIANT FEAR!!! All  the men of Israel were afraid of him and they were defeated in their fear. But David was not....
1Sa 17:26  And David spake to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that killeth this Philistine, and taketh away the reproach from Israel? for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God? ... 29 And David said, What have I now done? Is there not a cause?
... 33 And Saul said to David, Thou art not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him: for thou art but a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.
... 45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. 46 This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
... 49 And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth.
You see Goliath was nothing more then a type of problem we all my face. The problem seems BIG and David represent us as we seem small, but David did not fight for himself but rather for the one who is much BIGGER then Goliath! Much BIGGER than ALL problems and that is God! "...for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God?  Is there not a cause....
YES there is a Cause!!!
David fought for God!! You see when we fight for God their is a cause! The cause is for His righteousness and Holiness! The cause is for His son who died for us! The cause is that many would come to be saved through Jesus Christ!
When we fight for our selves we can be selfish, prideful and become fearful! The battle is within us. Don't walk in fear of this GIANT, but rather face it head on just like David did in the power of God through JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD!!!
1Sa 17:51  Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.
Don't let fear control you but rather let the POWER OF JESUS CHRIST MOVE THROUGH YOU!!! You are IN CHRIST so let CHRIST LIVE THOUGH YOU!!!

The word remember is through out scripture. God uses it to say that He will remember Israel and it is used to tell Israel to remember God!! All through scripture we see these different ordinances and things in order for Israel to remember who they serve and who is their God! Booths, fringes on clothing and even bread was used to tell them to remember when God did these things and for them to remember His commandments.
Lev 23:42  Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: 43 That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
Num 15:39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: 40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
Deu 16:3   Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.
Even the meal that the Lord used to tell that little flock was used to remind them of the New testament that Jesus was to usher in by His death.
Mat 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. 27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; 28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.
BUT NOW in this dispensation of grace to the gentiles the only symbol we need to remember is the cross! Everything else encompasses the cross and can even take away from the cross!!!   Paul says in 1Co 1:17  For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. 18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
Col 2:10   And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
... 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. 16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. 18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, 19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God. 20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, 21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not; 22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? 23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
Ordinances were to remind Israel to remember God, BUT NOW the CROSS is the only reminder we need! For it is through the cross that God's will has been shown and dispensed to mankind today!!! Don't get caught up in rituals, ordinances or relics that have no power over sin or your flesh for they only take away from Christ cross works! Just dwell on His love which was shown by the CROSS OF CHRIST!

So many pastors and church's teach tithing! They teach this because it was required under law unto Israel. Which should tell us that they are living under law to begin with! Tithing means a 10%  of something. So if you believe in tithing you are putting your self back under law and are then no longer walking after the Spirit nor in grace but works!
Num 18:26 Thus speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up an heave offering of it for the LORD, even a tenth part of the tithe.
Deut 12:1 Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:
Deut 14:22  Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year. 23 And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.
In this dispensation we are under no such law or ordinance.
Col 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. 16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. ...
AND we may give as we want according to how we purposeth in our hearts
2Co 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

If you tithe you are giving to get blessed and therefore you are no longer understanding the finished work of the cross. You are still trying to be blessed instead of realizing you are already blessed and are complete and whole in Christ. STOP trying to get something that you already have!!! Tithing does not work in todays dispensation because it is NOT BY FAITH!!!!

Doing what you can, NOT what you can't!!!
2Co 8:12  For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.
Now I admit that this verse has to do with giving financially as Paul was sharing with the church to give. I am using this verse to make another point. Paul says to give with what you have NOT what you do not have!
Paul was saying do what you can, NOT what you can't! Which leads me to these next verses. Paul says that when that which is perfect comes (and that is the Word in it's complete preserved writings) then these gifting's also come to a end.
1Co 13:10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
(1Co 12:4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.)
Now these gifts are in no longer given in a supernatural way to spread the word but a better and more secure way is and that is through the bible, the Word of God! With that in mind we then can see that all of us can share the word and all of us are of equal value in the Body of Christ!
Yet at the same time we all know that their are some of us are better at somethings than others. Not everyone is a pastor or teacher and can stand up and speak plainly. Pastor and teachers gather information and deliver the word while others tend to feed and clothe others. Some would rather financially give then serve with their hands. Some enjoy the little ones.
The point is that if you struggle to do things that you think you are to do then perhaps you are not called to them. It is just as important that you do what you CAN, ...NOT what you CAN'T!
No matter how much I wanted to be a pro basketball player, I was not tall enough nor good enough to be in the N.B.A., BUT PRAISE GOD that I can share His Word!!! Don't strive to be someone your NOT but just be who you are,...sharing when and however you can!!! The WORD is what is important!!

Minority vs Majority!!!
It is not unusual for the majority to rule in any nation or group of people. BUT the problem has always been that the majority is usually wrong, at least by bible standards.
For instance we see in
Num 13:1  And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Send thou men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a ruler among them.
God told Moses to send men out to checkout the promised land. So they picked 12, one from every tribe.
... 7 Of the tribe of Issachar, Igal the son of Joseph. ... 21 So they went up, and searched the land from the wilderness of Zin unto Rehob, as men come to Hamath.
AND after they did they came back and some of them said
Num 13:27And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it. 28 Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there. 29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan.
AND they were afraid of the Amalekites, Hittites  and Jebusites as well as the Amorites. Now all of them were afraid but 2 Caleb and Joshua!! They made a faithful STAND and knew what the Lord had said to do. They were willing to follow the Lord no matter what.
... 30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. 31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we. 32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature. 33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
Num 14:1  And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night. 2 And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness! 3 And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt? 4 And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt. 5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel. 6 And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes: 7 And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land. 8 If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. 9 Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not. 10 But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.
So being faithful is more important then having a majority. Many a church's have wronged and went down the wrong road because of a majority thinking. Many nations will go down that same road of sin and wanting to have peace at all cost and it will cost them their own souls and conscience!!! It takes guts, honor and faith to stand against self centered fearful people.  Be Men of Honor and STAND FIRM IN CHRIST DEAR SAINTS regardless of your circumstances and follow God's Word above all things even if you are all alone!!!

Don't let anxiety control you,...
ALL of us "feel" and suffer from anxiety but we do not need to be controlled by it!!! No person is without it! Anxiety is nothing more than fear of the future. Fear of something that could happened in the next second or years it does not matter. Fear, worry or anxiety are all the same. We all Fear of failure, rejection or punishment to some extent! These feelings warn and tell us what we are thinking about. These feelings tell us what we believe in that very second!
What ever it is, it is sin. Anxiety is unrest or without peace! Lets read some scripture that tells us about sin and what it produces.
1Co 3:3  For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? THIS verse tells us that Christians can be carnal!!! Carnal means natural or fleshly! It means to be sinful and not faithful! By the way just because you have anxiety and sinning does not mean you have lost your salvation or that you are not saved at all. The Corinthians were saved saints and Paul is correcting their thinking,
Now these verses tells us where sin comes from and what it produces. The strength of sin is in the Law and it produces death!
1Co 15:55  O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
Rom 6:23   For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Now this verse tells us that sin produces death but if we walk by faith there is life and peace.
Rom 8:6   For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
BUT if there is no peace then there is unrest and without peace mentally and emotionally! This is why Paul says to
Phl 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Paul say to be "be careful for nothing", which means to not be anxious, worry or fearful, but rather THINK and RENEW your mind and you will have "THE PEACE OF GOD" !!!
All sin produces anxiety and fear. So if you take your thoughts captive and think about what your feeling then you can tell that your walking after the flesh and believing a lie from Satan and not walking by faith!
Tell yourself the truth, that you are "God's deeply loved, forgiven and accepted child in Christ and That God is your protector and provider of Peace forever"!

Heart, Conscience and Faith!
1Tim 1:5  Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned: 6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling; 7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm. 8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; 9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
We have a tendency to make everything a law, even grace. But grace that is turned into a law, nullifies it and it is no longer grace. This is why in state government we have so many problems, we want to make a law out of something we should be doing to begin with and then it comes from the wrong attitude with those who have the wrong heart and creates a even worse conscience.
Here Paul is telling Timothy that he and we should have Love from the right heart, conscience and faith! You see faith in Jesus Christ and in the right doctrine produces the right heart with a clear conscience if we walk in it! The right doctrine is so important because if we choose to walk under law and Israel's program we will not be faithful to God's will today! We need to know and walk by faith because if we are justified by faith alone, adding our works takes away from Christ cross works and then nullify it! Just like the government making a law out of something we should for others to begin with we then change it and it becomes works and man gets the glory instead of God!
Just as Paul explains here that the law only condemns the sinner and encourages him to come to and need a Savoir, YET just following the law only creates a more prideful arrogant independent SINNER!!!
Everything we do involves faith, heart and conscience and the problem with the world, church and saints is always our hearts, conscience and faith!!!
Walk by Faith with a pure heart in the right doctrine and you will have a good conscience and live a life worthy unto God!

Some people have a hard time with Paul's ministry and therefore say that there is no distinct difference between Peter's little flock ministry and His! But there is...The church today is not under law but under grace. If you do not agree then you do not understand scripture and are ignoring
Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Now Paul wrote this and understood grace perhaps more than any one. So the question often asked is then why did Paul do some of things he did if it was so important to NOT do them under grace. Our tendency is to make everything a law even GRACE! So if we are not to be circumcised or under the law then why did Paul say and do some of things he said not to do?
Well because of the freedom that he had in Christ. AND he wanted to win Jews to Christ as well. Notice here in
Act 15:5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses. .
.. 24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:
... 28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; 29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
A big thing came up and was pushed by some Jewish believers that said that gentiles needed to be circumcised. Now that also means to follow the Levitical law! So all the Apostles and Jews and Paul got together and had a council and they said No they do not need to be circumcised and follow the Law for they knew that they were under grace now. The gentile world was graced into Christ by the works at the cross.
So then in the very next Chapter we see Paul circumcising Timothy!!! WHAT!!!!!!  Act 16:1 Then came he to Derbe and Lystra: and, behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, and believed; but his father was a Greek: 2 Which was well reported of by the brethren that were at Lystra and Iconium. 3 Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his father was a Greek.
The WHY!!!
1Co 9:20  And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
You see Paul was a Jew Phil. 3:5  Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; 6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
AND because he was doing what He was told to do under the commission of Christ and that was to become as a Jew to win Jews to Christ!
Just because Paul became as a Jew does not mean we are to become as Jews for we are NOT Jews nor are we to go back under the law. We are not to say that Paul's ministry is not valid under grace because he did not always follow that understanding OH NO, for it validates Paul's ministry even more!!! Follow Paul's instructions in His books for they are the Heart and Words of Christ for us today UNDER GRACE!!!

Depression, anxiety and your experience in life?
Col 2:6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Perhaps nothing is more sad to me than to hear someone who is so prideful and arrogant to speak as a authority on something based on their experience in life. For instance if someone who had a spouse cheated on them they might say "every man is lousy and a cheater".
Another example is when people who are anxious or depressed and have seen a doctor, psychologist or counselor who says "you need medicine because you are clinically depressed or anxious or something...."! Now every one needs meds or some other guru thing when they feel something or anything for that matter!
Their experience is that this so called professional who was recommend by their pastor or church is the authority and knows more about this than they do, so they must be right! So they then take anything so they can feel better which is really all they want is to feel better.
I understand that the feelings can be so hard that you may just want to kill yourself, but those feeling are also telling you that you need a savior, so go to the Savior! You want relief than Go to Christ! Christ IS THAT MEDICINE FOR ALL OF US!!!
Now these people who think they know everything based only on their experience are just trying to justify themselves for taking meds to begin with. Meds are only a ban aid for the real problem!
Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Now some people are going to say that I have depression or anxiety or some other disorder that man makes up and then they say to me "but I don't believe in God" or "I am a Christian, but I still have these same problems, so I need to get some meds"! If you don't believe nor trust in Christ then you are dead in your sins to begin with and will never have true eternal, internal peace without Christ! IF you are a Christian and truly trusted in Christ then you need to know how to deal with those feelings and be taught how to Renew your mind with the TRUTH that is already IN YOU! CHRIST is in your Spirit Now! So if Christ is in you than you are complete in Him!
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
The renewing process takes work and it takes a while to that mental and emotional peace. Just like in
Heb 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
It takes work/labor to REST mentally and emotionally! But there is PEACE AND REST if your diligent to know your feelings and take every thought and feeling captive and bring it into obedience in Christ!
2Co 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
Take every thought captive and Renew your mind constantly with the truth that is already in you and you will have victory in life!
(Ps. get help if you need too from a biblical Christian teacher and counselor and let them walk with you until Christ is formed in you!)

Unity and Comfort in the doctrine!
Sometimes we need the big picture like a map to see were we are going. And sometimes we get lost if we don't keep that big picture in front of us. If we know the big picture of the books of the bible and especially Paul's ministry to us then we can stay on track.
The book of Romans gives the Doctrine for today. The theme is what we want to remember and it is about being Justified by faith alone and made right and righteous before God by faith! It is the NEW doctrine for the church today and it is called the REVELATION OF THE MYSTERY! So by faith through grace we are saved, sealed and secure in Christ!!!
Rom 3:28  Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Rom 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, 26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
1 Corinthians
Now we come to Corinthians and we see division and disunity! This book teaches us that there is to be unity in the church by the Doctrine we learned in the book of Romans.  Paul tells us about the unity in Christ and in Spirit. He tells us of the unity in dealing with sin in the church as well as marriage. He tells them to be in unity when it comes to teaching and not of the gifts or communion but rather that the communion for today is of ONE BODY! He talks about hair and being responsible in the roles as men and women, and on and on about this unity. Not in individualism or self seeking attention grabbing attitudes but rather being ONE in UNITY and in the Doctrine of grace found in Romans!
1Co 1:10  Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. 11 For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. 12 Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. 13 Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?
2 Corinthians
And then we come to 2 Cor. which is about the comfort of that doctrine when in unity!!! Oh the comfort of Christ! Oh the comfort of that ONE BODY! As we are comforted we can comfort others with that same comfort that we feel from Christ! The comfort of UNITY!
2Co 1:3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; 4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. 5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. 6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
Get to know that map and big picture like the back of your hand. Read the book of Romans over and over and know the Revelation of the Mystery and get the doctrine of grace and so be comforted in Christ and then comfort others so that there will be unity of Spirit, Mind and Body in Christ!!!
(ps. try reading Romans - 2 Cor. 3x all the way through this month and watch it transform your life.)

Gal 2:7  But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; 8 (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:) 9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.
There is always this saying among church people who say that there is only one gospel. They want to think and get across that there is only one way to have eternal life and that is through Jesus Christ and that is all true. But they miss the subtle differences when they start mixing the Gospel of the uncircumcision with gospel to the circumcision!
Dispensational thinking teaches us that there are 2 gospels to 2 different groups of people. One under Law and the other without Law. One under ordinances and covenants  as well as temple, priest and service to God! The other was lost aliens and without God!! One knew about God the other did not! One had the experience with God the other did not!

Now in Acts 1 God is still dealing with Israel, under Law and in the process of starting the New Covenant which is still to Israel and under law! (Jer.31:31 and Ez.11,18, 36) But now they have the Spirit in them to KEEP THE LAW!!!! This is simply seen as Peter and the little flock had received the Spirit but now still went to the Temple to pray! They also followed the apostles doctrine which was still Israel's doctrine under law, but received Christ as their Messiah!
Act 3:1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
Act 2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. ... 46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
Now the gospel to the circumcised is that Jesus is the Messiah and He will usher in the Davidic, earthly Kingdom by the power of the Spirit.
The gospel to the uncircumscion is to the gentiles and under grace and is the HEAVENLY kingdom! It is called the Body of Christ and it is in operation today! 2 different gospels for 2 different dispensations both have their salvation found in and through JESUS CHRIST! One based on His name and position the other based on His works on the cross!
So read, discern and know what dispensation you are under and live in the freedom under the gospel of the uncircumcision!

1Thes 5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
Have you ever walked into a dark room and can not see were you are going and then stubbed your toe or walked into a wall and hit your face, OUCH!!! When we can't see where we are nor know where we are going it makes it tough in life. So many people and sadly many saints walk this way too. We need to turn the lights on and walk in the light but in order to do that we must first understand that we are in the dark!
We need to admit that we can't see. In order to be saved we first must understand that we are born sinners. Now we sin because we are sinners not the other way around. So when we find out that we are in the dark we can turn to the one that is Light! Jesus is that Light! John 1:4 "In him was life; and the life was the light of men. ... 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world".
John 9:5  "As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world".
Then after we are saved, Jesus the Light shines in and through our Spirit but we must renew our minds on the Light that is in us. We must keep that Light on in our minds! The great thing about that light in our Spirit is that it can NOT be turned off, but we can hide under the sheets in our minds so to speak.
So WAKE UP SAINTS and walk in the light and be sober, sensitive and spiritually alive in Christ!!! Don't be fleshly and drinking and carousing around like the world, any body can do that! Say NO to that lifestyle and carnal living and say YES TO JESUS! Don't live like the world and as if you do not have LIFE and LIGHT in you, LIVE LIFE in LIGHT, CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD!
Say Yes I will take a STAND and be AWAKE and AWARE, cause I CAN SEE!!
