Rom 15:1  We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification. 3 For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me. 4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Rom 14:1   Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
Paul spends the first 13 chapters telling you who you were and then who you are and then building you up!!! He believes that by the point you get to chapter 14 that you have received, trusted in and accepted all that he has said and are mature enough to do chapters 14-15 and that is help the weak!
Now I know that you may "feel" weak at times and just so you know you should not "feel" weak nor "stay" weak forever!!! IF you have not matured much over your life and have a sense of security in Christ than you have missed something. AND I can almost guarantee it is repentance! Only through repentance do we mature! Only by seeing our sin, and having a "changed mind" and trusting in and being content BY FAITH can we truly mature. MOST Christians never truly repent they either admit they sin but not rest in Christ and therefore try to fix the fix that Christ has already fixed which is really "self righteousness by the way! OR they do nothing which is what most believers do!!! Repentance is trusting in Christ works and receiving God's love daily and applying it by faith in ALL issues and situations in life!!! It is not trying to NOT sin!!!!
Yes, you must read, pray and then walk by faith daily in every situation apply faith to your mind and emotional being or you will never transform and that is the goal! It is not enough to just say I am saved by grace then do nothing, in fact you will be more miserable and have a terrible witness by doing nothing. A believer that walks by the flesh is more miserable than a non believer I think!
Grow by applying truth daily in every situation in your life and then minister to the weak! Help them grow as you grow and as the "Allstate" commercial says "Be a Good Neighbor"

Sometimes I think certain theologians are just stupid. The R.C. Sproul's, John MacArthur's, John Piper's and James McDonalds to name a few!! Yes I named them and I hope you will at least take note of them if nothing else, AND here is why I am saying this, lets look at these verses and see what they say!!!
Rom 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Last time I looked up the word ungodly, it met those who were sinners and fall short of the glory of God and that it meant everyone and even these false teachers that I mentioned would say everyone is ungodly!!!!
Rom 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: 13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. 15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
Now again It says death by sin passed to ALL MEN!!! All men are born UNGODLY and sinners!! AND Christ died for "THE UNGODLY"!! So WHO did CHRIST die for!!!! ALL!!!!!!
Please don't miss this! Missing this is not just a theological debate and it is not just a different way of saying something it has to do with your salvation yes, but even more so! It has to do with your security of your salvation DAILY!!! It has to do with your sanctification in your daily walk and in your prayer life and IF you have victory today and taking responsibility for your actions, thoughts and behavior. It has to do with your "working out YOUR salvation"
Phl 2:12   Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
It has to do with you,... Not blaming God and making God be responsible but rather YOU being faithful!!!
Christ died to provide the means by His blood for our justification and then rose again so that we can be reconciled to God by His LIFE!
Rom 5:7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
By the way who were enemies of God? The elect, or the non elect or ALL? ALL of us were enemies of God!!!!
Don't be fooled by these wolves in sheep clothing who teach a false teaching called Calvinism! Don't buy into their wicked, false teachings that teach a different gospel and are no different than the Mormons Joseph Smith!!!!

Paul tells Timothy to pay attention to DOCTRINE! H tells him to read and understand the scriptures as well as exhort the Word of God! To say to read, exhort and know doctrine is basically saying the same thing except 1 of them means to share and teach, by exhorting others.
1Ti 4:13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
By knowing doctrine and choosing to renew his mind so that he can live in righteousness and godliness and be patient, loving and gentle with others.
1Ti 6:11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
2Ti 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
He tells Timothy  to PREACH THE WORD! and be ready to reprove which means to convict, reprimand or show someone their wrong. He tells him to rebuke which means to admonish harshly and strait forward toward others sin and actions. He tells him to exhort which means to admonish, encourage, strengthen as well teach and  instruct in the Lord! All of these are to bring a person to a transformed life IN CHRIST!!!! Notice that all of these seem to be a negative type of thing YET when done it brings about LIFE IN CHRIST!!!!
2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
So we should  do the same,... we should also give time and effort to reading the Word regularly and knowing doctrine as well as renewing our minds and living righteously and then exhorting others to do the same in Christ!
as always in grace,

Before we are saved... and if we judge ourselves rightly we see that we have failed and fallen short of the glory of God! (Romans 3:23) We look at our selves and say I am so bad and I am wrong and I have sinned. I am a sinner and can't stop sinning because of being a sinner. WE ARE GUILTY!!!
Guilt is the thing that every human has in common and we all have felt guilt in some form because we have all sinned. Guilt means to be condemned and to have miss the mark of God's righteousness! Guilt is such a powerful thing. On one hand it feels awful and even painful. Many a people have killed themselves over guilt. ON the other hand it can and should drive us to Jesus and His works, His love and His cross!! When we realize that we can not handle, fix or feel better by our works and need help and saved we can come running to Christ!
Now as unbelievers we need to come to Christ and trust in His works and be saved, as believers we still sin and feel guilty. BUT we need to realize that we have been justified by faith through God's grace!
Rom 5:1  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Justified means to be just and right before God! It means that we have trusted in God's Son and provision through Him and not our own life for eternal salvation! It is repeated over and over through out the bible because we all are guilty and it is the opposite of obedience and walking by faith. When we walk by faith we are obedient and doing what is right when we are not walking by faith we are sinning. Now we have already chosen Christ as our Savior and therefore justified Spiritually forever. We are spiritually sanctified for life in Him! But we will continue to be sanctified mentally and in our daily lives. We want to put off and put on by faith and know He loves us and that we are justified and made righteous spiritually which gives us the freedom and ability to trust in Him and to be quite, restful and in peace mentally and emotionally!
Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
You are justified, right and as you should be before God as a child of God! So keep telling yourself the truth and grow in Grace!

Romans 5 may be one of the greatest chapters in the bible!!! We are offered a FREE GIFT from the God of the Universe and we have a choice to accept this FREE GIFT or not! This FREE GIFT of LIFE, is received by FAITH and GIVEN BY GRACE! This FREE GIFT is only available by FAITH and can not be bought or even forced upon as so many people would say! A gift is always given and must be received.
Now this FREE GIFT comes with GREAT benefits. It come with being reconciled to God and freed from the punishment of sin. Christ's very righteousness is imputed to us and we are seen not only forgiven and reconciled to God but also RIGHTEOUS! For a saved saint to say that they are not made righteous is to not believe the Word and to be Self -righteous!!! They are looking only at their works not Christ!
Read the verses below and remember that eternal Life is a FREE GIFT GIVEN BY GOD and received by FAITH!
Rom 5:1  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
...12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: ...
...15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. 16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. 17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. 20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

1Co 6:17  But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
We are one in Christ so why on earth would we join ourselves to another in fornication!!!! But such is the way for so many "so called" believers. Now I say so called because they say they are but I doubt their sincerity! In Tit 1:16  They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
Paul calls them that do this a Harlot!!!
1Co 6:15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
We all sin yes , but if we have been taught and if we have been warned and many have been but they continue to live contrary to this we have to wonder where is their heart! Their faith is not in Christ but they are fixed on their own belly! Looking down at their belly being self absorbed, self centered!!
Now while God has dispensed His grace to the gentile world without the Law it does not mean we are to take advantage of that and sin even more OH NO!!! In fact grace gives us the freedom to say NO! Grace gives us discipline instead of lasciviousness meaning to have a overt sexual desire with out regard of God or man! When we live a promiscuity lifestyle we defraud , cheat and steal from the other person and live a "life of death"!
This lifestyle comes with a great price! IF your a believer and live this lifestyle the church is to discipline you and it is for your own good! AND while the Body must discipline the Body it does it at a great sadness because the believer will not listen to "sound words of wisdom"!!! The believer is not the victim but rather the Body is!!! When the individual saint is in sin and "WILL NOT REPENT" the Body has No choice but to  separate from that saint!!!
Paul says in
1Co 5:5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
... 9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
... 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
"IF" you are a saint, beware that it comes with a great responsibility too!!!

Exo 9:13 And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me. 14 For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth. 15 For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth. 16 And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth. ... 29 And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the LORD'S. ... 34 And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants. 35 And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses.
The Word of God says the earth is God's just as the Heavens are God's. We will never be able to overcome God because He is God, so why try! Pharaoh tried to be "A god" and of course  he failed!  We see in verse 34 that he sinned by hardening his heart toward God and Moses instructions. If he would have just listened and did what God told Moses he would have been saved and would have been blessed in some way. He certainly would not have lost everything!!!
When we and if we harden our heart toward God's word we too lose something. NO not our salvation nor our fellowship but we lose the intimacy of being with our Daddy, our Father and we lose the boldness, power and wisdom for those few minutes. We sometimes fall back into our flesh and fear! There is always a death process when we sin. Now there is NO eternal condemnation but there is a momentary sadness and loss.
Don't harden your heart toward God.... keep it soft and sensitive to God's love and Christ Life.

Act 10:19 KJV While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee. 20 Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them.
We often here people say that we should not have blind faith! That we should question things and thee is some truth in that, yet what I find more often then not is believers who  DOUBT everything!!!
You see there is apart of us that needs to step out in blind faith. Believers already step out in blind faith because none of us have actually seen or heard the voice of God! We read the word or have heard a teaching and said "yes" to Christ in faith! In a way we have blind faith that everything we have heard and read is true, ( and it is).
But sometimes in our daily walk we don't walk by blind faith and we begin to doubt and doubt turns to questioning and then fear and the we are stuck either doing irrational things hoping it will be Ok or we do nothing and fearful of the end results. We fear that people will reject us or that we will fail! We fear the punishment that may follow if we make a bad decision.
We need to be as the Spirit said to Peter "doubting nothing" and step out in FAITH in the WORD!!! Notice I said in the Word not just stepping out in our own fleshly thoughts and not caring about righteousness or Godliness but step out FAITHFULLY in the Word!!!
Peter's blind faith sent him to prison and eventually his death, but OH BOY what a life he lived and living today!!! Praising the Lord Jesus in the Heavenly Places!!!

Eph 2:19  Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
You are a habitation of God! That means you are like a home which contains and possesses things! You contain and posses God through the Spirit of God! Your Spirit has the very presence of God IN YOU!!! You are no mortal human anymore but you are a powerful New Creature transformed from the inside out to be a wise, powerful, secure and comforting creature to the world! You are not some rejected, unloved and unacceptable sinner, Oh No!!! You are ALIVE AND POWERFUL! YOU are a Super Human!! You are a Heir with the same DNA as Jesus, so STOP crying and START LIVING in the same form as God!!!
Phl 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

We all go through things and have doubt! We think that we will never get through this problem or that it will get worse. We fear that we will lose relationships or money or that you never wanted things to happened, but it did!
Exo 4:1 And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.
... 10 And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
Moses had doubt too. Moses spoke to God and actually said that he could not do what God wanted him to do and blamed his weak speech and presence! I don't know about you but if God spoke to me audibly I think I would believe and do anything and yet Moses did not! Moses feared what Pharaoh and Israel would do Yet God used Moses and delivered Israel and it went on to become a great nation!
We on the other hand have been blessed with every Spiritual blessings in Christ. Christ has done the work and we are alive, free and already have the Victory. There is nothing that we can not overcome for it is overcome in Christ! So the next time you fear or have doubt just remember you are human and that is natural but then renew you mind in the fact that you are more than a CONQUEROR!!! AND NOTHING can separate you from the LOVE OF GOD!
Rom 8:35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord

Piousness means to think religious, and above others without sincere, genuine faith! It comes across as being a know it all by not taking stand on certain things. Many will not answer questions and will maneuver around so that they sound good but they really do not know the answer! It is some one who is prideful and always needs to say something even though what they share is wrong or of no value in edifying or truth.
Don't be pious, religious or prideful but rather be humble and just say "I don't know"!
The KJV bible uses words like vain, pretense and false humility!
Isa 1:13   Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
Mar 12:40  Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.
Col 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
... 23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and (false) humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh. ( I added false for understanding)
Satan uses this to his advantage because it "looks" faithful but it is not! It "looks" good but it has NO good, godly or righteousness in it. It is exactly what the Pharisees and Sadducees were like. SO DON'T BE LIKE THEM! Be honest, truthful and if you don't know just say so!

If you think of your Spirit in 2 ways you will understand the function of the Soul! Your spirit is filled, holds and sealed with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit!  AND 2 it is in Heaven IN CHRIST!
So with that in mind Your soul is your min, will and emotions. Your Mind thinks, while Your "will" chooses and your emotions "feel"! Like I always teach kids and I draw a picture of a choo-choo train is that the engine is the thinker, the coal train in the middle is the chooser and the caboose is the feeler! The engine pulls them all and that is our thinker. w think and then choose what is right and our feelings always follow.
So the more you read, know and appropriate God's word the more you will move in the right direction. BUT if you "choose" to have the caboose "pull" you, you will choose wrongly by your feelings instead of by faith and you will go no where!
Faith is choosing God's way over our feelings for it is right, Godly and FACTS not man made emotional feelings! Our feelings can change from day to day but the Word of God is always pure, good and holy! It is always loving in the sense that it is always "in your best interest" and God's is always looking out for your best interest!!!!
Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
... 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
1Co 1:30  But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
1Co 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

The Body contains our senses. Sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell. It is the part that contains the real you which comes from your Spirit and Soul. While the Spirit is God conscience and contains the spirit of God, the soul contains your personality and is controlled by your mind, will and emotions, while your body is the container of both. It has been said that we are spiritual beings in a earth suit! The body reacts to the mind by the will!
The Body reacts to what your thinking and by what your will chooses to do. The body is to be controlled by the mind and to be in submission to your spirit. It is to be disciplined by the renewing of the mind. If left alone and of its own volition the body will sin. The body has been crucified with Christ and is not under the power of sin unless we allow it!
Luke 11:34 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. 35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. 36 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.
Rom 6:6  Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. ... 12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Rom 7:24  O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
Rom 8:10  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. ... 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
1Co 6:13   Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
Don't allow your body to control you but rather you control it by renewing your mind and walking after the spirit!
